For that last activity Ive been failing again w the same poster art ive been working on for close to a year now, like im carrying this sisyphus rock up the hill forever. who knows whats next, anyways theres no furure amiright. #BleakADay

a real fun anarchy day. I finished editing the scanned pages of vintage 20 yr old comic zines by Gord Hill and am hoping to distro them starting next month 😊 That work was tedious but totally worth it for the art nerd I am.

slow day, I've worked on some zines. I've also been in a 3h meeting with an ad hoc group within my artist coop. We were tasked with thinking through disagreement about collaboration ethics and decision making processes. There was an initial event that sparked this ad hoc group during which I brought up I did not want to work with a large green non-profit nor feel comfortable being associated with it through the coop. I think this type of conflict is typical of anarchists in non anarchist spaces, or simply in larger group settings. Trying to bring up structure in the coop is a strategy to implement common referrals, so when we disagree again it can facilitate the decision, whereas previously it was a confusing and vague thread of emails.

#funaday today im suck waiting in ER waiting room so all I could do is read zines. Ive been trying to catch up w classic litt to connect w new friends so today I read "At daggers drawn" and am halfway thru Bonano's "Anarchist tension".
Didnt feel like Daggers Drawn was very appealing, I think mostly because of the writing style Im not super into. Not that I disagree with the content, I just don't think I'm at a point this text feeds me much. But it did exacerbate my desire to tear everything apart, esp while sitting in this dystopian health care system. Bonanno is more interesting (to me in this time). This passage is totally on point w my #anarchyaday intent
