Hoy con el inicio de septiembre quise traer a la #memoria la resistencia y re-existencia de las #hermanasQuispe, eran parte del pueblo Colla y habitaban el sector de La Tola en la región de Atacama. Las encontraron ahorcadas en diciembre de 1974 y su causa fue cerrada como "suicidio colectivo".
No existe claridad de lo que les ocurrió. Algunas narrativas relatan que durante la dictadura se promulgó una ley que prohibía la ganadería caprina. Esta imposición obligó a muchos pastores a vender sus animales a precios ínfimos. Las hermanas Quispe no obedecieron esta ley aún sabiendo que los milicos podrían ir a aniquilar todos sus animales. Por esta razón, las hermanas decidieron sacrificar su ganado y llevar a cabo el suicidio colectivo, como respuesta extrema a la medidas autoritarias impuestas por la #dictadura.
Todas las medidas económicas impuestas por las dictadura, afectaba los modos ancestrales de los pueblos y como éstos se relacionaban con la #naturaleza
Otras #narrativas, cuentan que los milicos las asesinaron ya que ayudaban a escapar a Argentinas a personas perseguidas políticamente.
Históricamente latifundistas como los Cousiño y Prohens se han apropiado y devastado #territorio #ancestral donde habita el pueblo Colla.

During epidemics predominated by #Omicron BA.2, the highest #fatality risk was amongst #unvaccinated patients aged ≥80 years and the risk was inversely associated with the number of vaccination doses received. A nice dinner with friends last night brought to the table a surprising 14 year old ecological #Ancestral made with 100% #Xarel·lo by Vega de Ribes. Xarel·lo is usually around the high crispy spectrum but this just goes to show that, coupled with slow fermentation, it can age to beautiful complexity. The other remarkable bottle of the evening was the Chatons de Garde by Andréa Calek from the region of Ardèche, a young 100% Syrah made with carbonic maceration and minimal intervention (#naturalwine). All polished offwith a board of local turrón from Sirvernt.
