I never did manage to get ahold of anyone at #HomeDepot to deal with the issue on my new windows. 3 of my 6 new #AndersenWindows had issues with the #GlazingBead. I was worried about water ingress into the #window, but research showed that glazing beads are merely cosmetic (https://helpcenter.andersenwindows.com/aw/s/article/Glazing-Bead-on-Andersen-Windows-and-Patio-Doors). I wanted assurance that if I fixed it myself and messed it up, they'd send me a free replacement glazing bead or something. [1/2]
