As is common with folks who have #adhd, I find #meditation to be extremely challenging. But this short segment by #AndrewHuberman makes me a bit more intrigued than the usual 'don't think about anything' that meditation seems to be.
The idea of 'watching' my thoughts & feelings go makes more sense than what I've ready on how to meditate before (maybe I read just that and glossed over it).
