кодишь понемногу кодишь, и в очередной итерации запуска в эмуляторе - бац! и перестает работать даже то что уже давно исправлено и работало хорошо! :blobcatfearful: Судорожно ищешь по истории действий, что же там ковырнулось, не находишь ничего значимого, тупишь, ищешь в коде хоть какую-то ошибку (но компилит без проблем, просто программа крашится с глупыми ошибками в рантайме), а ошибки повторяются и повторяются..., одновременно на каком-то N-ном запуске подвисает бразуер, в котором параллельно шло кино, и думаешь ок, всех куда подальше пора в перезагружу (ноутбук 4 суток "не спал" / не выключался), и загружаешься и - черт побери! - после перезагрузки всё вновь работает как надо, как и должно быть (ну там где и так работало!) :ageblobcat:

I might get on better if the Android Studio Database Inspector worked, instead of crashing.
No fix available.
So I can't see if anything is being put into DB. Or why it's not being retrieved.

The latest Android Studio emulator 33.1.12 (with hypervisor driver 2.0.0) is buggy on my laptop - it stutters, freezes, and crashes. I rolled back to working emulator 33.1.10 👍

The great thing about Godot is that it "just works". You can have something running in minutes.

Conversely, Android Studio (and Gradle) barely works and usually gives you obscure error messages that you'll need to spend hours if not days researching.

Android Studio Giraffe's feature to mirror a physical device is fantastic. I've been daily developing with scrcpy an a Galaxy S20+ for 3 years now. My only issue was having the scrcpy mirror be a separate window, and this fixes that. Plus it works better with multiple devices (can have my unfolded zfold3 for larger screen testing). Highly recommend folks try this workflow, its really nice to be emulator-like but then pick up the device and start interacting with it.
