Made it (mostly) unscathed through Conference Day One: the Presentationing. My throat hurts from attempting to make myself heard in the socialization tent - I think that's a good thing?

(Not quite as terrible and embarrassing as trying to follow my colleague's voice in conversation sat at a packed and noisy bar, though. That part wasn't the greatest.)
