I see that #AnglianWater is fielding a clueless PR to handle media interviews, thereby showing little respect for either journalists or general public. BBC #WATO's Sarah Montague was clearly unimpressed this afternoon. Her "I don't know how long you've been working for Anglian Water..." was most telling.

Early start for our local water company engineers. Currently digging up our verge to fit a water meter and valve that actually can cut off the water to the property so we can fix the broken plumbing correctly in the new year rather than the quick fix we currently have in place. Have to say thank you #AnglianWater for a good response. Now if you and the other water companies can just stop pumping crap into our rivers and seas.
