This makes me think of my rural childhood, when our house backed on to farmland. We never cattle pulling the plow, but we did either have grazing cattle or plowed fields. This pic, commissioned by the French government, is a paean to rural agriculture and is a treasured work of art.

3,300 years ago in Egypt, painters depicted birds flying and perching in a marsh; the birds are now identified. Really cool!
