Foot and paw prints in the new snow that fell in abundance overnight.
Only a dog would walk like this, covering the whole width of the road. He probably made 10 times the distance his human companion walked.

We got a lot of snow last night. These photos are from the park this morning before everyone went to enjoy the warm snowy day! It's already starting to melt and it's slushy. I helped push a van out of a snowbank. I learned my new asthma meds are working. I'm gonna rest before walking the dog before taking transit to visit a pal.

I got you some tracks from this day's walk in the woods. A thin layer of crusty snow made for excellent tracking.
Pic 1: Alea the Black Cat. It's not a tiny nope - she loves cold weather.
Pic 2: Small rodent, probably a vole.
Pic 3: Red squirrel, a rather large one. Probably the squirrel that had a staring match with Alea tBC a ~month ago.

Followed the hoof prints of a deer and came across some unknown paw (?) prints. Any idea what made those?
Didn't follow them as that would've required snowshoes, but there was a nice place just a few hundred meters ahead, so stopped to enjoy the silence & scenary, a perfect spot for a coffee break.
