Said to myself earlier that I need to meditate, yet somehow I watched three different anime shows instead.
This is my 2nd method of meditation 😅
I think both, “Horimiya” and “Horimiya: Piece”, are the next shows I'll buy on Blu-Ray. I tend to buy shows on Blu-Ray only if I feel there's a significance or something I can relate to in my life. I sometimes buy them only for the fact it's something I would wish I could either live through it in my life or wish it could happen. I may not have a vision board of my own, but if you take the time to watch the ones I have bought, you would understand my vision board.
Just finished watching Horimiya. I love watching these kind of animes in general.
Makes me question when am I going to have something like that in my life lol.
I'll start watching Horimiya: Piece tomorrow.

Why did I sit on “Horimiya”? I wanted to watch this before I watch “Horimiya: Piece”.
Currently trying not to binge watch all of the episodes now. I want this to last for as long as I can.
How am I just learning that CrunchyRoll and Funimation exists on the Switch?
Ended up resuming watching Toradora 「とらドラ」in Japanese without any subtitles so I can resume practicing my listening skills. Despite watching this so many times in English and Japanese with subtitles on, I feel like I'm seeing more details I didn't noticed beforehand.

Here's a list of anticipated anime shows expected to stream on for Summer of 2023.
Finished watching 推しの子「Oshi no Ko」and all I can say is I can't wait to see what happens in season 2.
Now that I'm done watching my favorite Spring animes, what do I do now?
Just finished watching 「My Love Story with Yamada-kun at Lv999」. I want love like that 😩

Just realizing I almost missed out on what anime is coming out for the summer. If it wasn't for that person on HelloTalk asking me that question I somehow would've missed that out.
I used to follow my anime content on Twitter. That went down the hole. I shifted to Reddit and that was going well...until now that is. I have yet to find a reliable source I can follow on here for content like that, aside from an anime RSS feed bot.
I’m trying to understand why every time I watch 「My Love Story for Yamada-kun at Lv999」 I always want to play Star Rail.
Despite me already playing Destiny 2 and in a clan (I don’t talk to them like before though), I guess I’m hoping to find that again with a new game. I could simply join another clan, but that seems difficult enough.
Ever watched a show that you’re interested in, but for whatever reason you stop watching it and you’re halfway into the season? And it’s not because you’re bored of the show or anything? You just stop and you keep telling yourself you’ll resume soon.

I do not get why the author dropped a show become of some people on the fandom. I just don’t get the logic of this author sometimes when this problem can be solved by not associating with that part of the fandom.
There is no need to drop an anime just because of that reason. Just enjoy what you watch as long you aren't doing anything wrong. Also, simply don't associate with those you find unpleasent, and there are a good number of those unpleasent people (aka bad actors) out there, especially on the alt-right.

Will ChatGPT kill Anime Blogging?
Until AI can read manga, play video games, and/or watch anime, not a chance. AI can’t form opinions, only generalized information it learns though models, which not usually up to date.
Not to mention, do you really want to get an opinion about media made by humans from a machine. After all, ChatGPT uses models of content from websites stolen from actual content creators. Just like with artists artwork being stolen for AI generating programs.
Either way, an interesting read.

Sometime next week, about 6 more days, my blog will turn 14 years old. Yes, I have been blogging for that along, and only a couple that are still alive made it this far, especially when some younger folks are just children.
I have lots to say, but my 14th year of blogging is an interesting one, besides the great number of anime titles that aired. The big migration from that bird site to the Fediverse is a big change having to start over. But I am making progress to the total number of followers I had before I left Twitter.
I do plan to write a short reflection piece when the anniversary comes.
If you want a look back, here is the anniversary post from 2022.

FYI: For any Anime Bloggers or bloggers in general, you can add a follow button to your Mastodon profile by using this website.
Finally added the Mastodon share buttons on my Anime blog. Hopefully Wordpress plugins and Jetpack/Wordpressdotcom implement share buttons for Mastodon soon.
I've been thinking of starting an anime blog for a while now, and I finally got around to it a few days ago.

Since Twitter is disabiling all third party clients in the recent move, if you know any anime bloggers or readers who haven’t left and considering leaving, you can direct them to our instnce as I have been preparing to make the transition easy with guides and the new Elk frontend.
Heres our pitch on why to join Sakurajima and also those who might be interesting in moving their accounts here
