Warmer winter temperatures cansed by climate change are affecting the ability of First Nations in Canada to hunt, fish, and forage for traditional foods. These foods are needed to ensure good nutrition and for combatting the high rate of food insecurity among tne many Indigenous people who live on reserves.

If I remember correctly, Keith wrote Zogipoon at the University of Minnesota for his degree in American Indian Studies. I've read the lyrics translation and it's a beautiful poem. #Indigenous
