I've given it a year, and I still want to make a new remote academic conference on new/exciting areas of study in ancient Greek and Roman studies, to be held hopefully next August.

What I need to make this happen: one or two more conference coordinators to join me in the next month or two in order to plan and do outreach. Preferably at least one BIPOC, because I want that input from the top.
