Pet peeve: once again unknowingly switched to paperless billing on one of the credit cards, and they don't reliably deliver the bill emails. Fortunately the automatic "pay more than the minimum" bill pay did the trick, but still owe interest I really didn't want to pay. #annoying

Well, that's #annoying. #Alexa just booped and announced my #delivery had arrived. I thought "good, it was due yesterday." Checked the main door: nothing. Ditto the front door and the mailbox. The app claims it was delivered to the mailbox.

I was on the computer, which is next to a window ten feet from the mailbox. No truck stopped, and no mailbox was opened. It squeaks, and I'd hear it. So here's hoping it was delivered to the wrong house and a neighbor brings it over later.

Ranting again. I really hate that Captcha thingy on Google. I get rejected by Captcha more than Al Bundy at the shoe store. I understand they're using it against bots, but those pics are getting harder to decipher. Does a helmet constitute part of a motorcycle? Is a person waving their hand while riding a bike actually part of the bike? Is it me or using old Polaroid pics not suitable?Why don't they just ask you to spell CAT? Is SCOTUS debating this?

The twist was to pick a folded piece of paper from each of two boxes, each with a word on it. The subject of the picture then had to correspond to the words on the picked pieces of paper.
