Not good for you but I'm glad to hear that annoying neighbors aren't limited just to the cities.

Just to get his "goat," you should have told your neighbor that you had to immediate plans to fix the wall and that the garbage bag was going to be on there indefinitely.

That would have made him stew and maybe even volunteer to pay to fix it himself just so that he doesn't have to look at it.

This probably drink dude took 40 minutes to double park and now is slamming his trunk over and over again (mostly gently) to try to get it to close. I really want to live in the middle of nowhere sometimes and not have to witness this nonsense. #ApartmentLife #AnnoyingNeighbors #Seattle
