It was very nice to hear a podcast this evening that discussed Barbie and mentioned that the old woman sitting on a bench at one point is actually the "real" Barbie, Ruth Handler's daughter, Barbara.

I can only hope that more people than just me know that's bollocks, and that woman on the bench was actually Ann Roth, a pretty legendary costume designer greatly admired and befriended by Greta Gerwig.
