People used to say "SaudiAurora" which never made sense to anyone but them. Aurora has some high crime areas but most of those houses sell for $400k now which changed the demographics. My #HouseDistrict is 2/3 D reliably and my neighbors are mostly reasonable people.
In retrospect I'd have overpaid for a #Craftsman house in Denver 20 Y-Ago but we missed that window and bought a walking commute to #Anschutz for my wife!
