Ze worden ingedeeld in het genre #NewWeirdAmericaMovement, net als oa #DevandraBanhart en #JoanaNewsom.
In hun muziek verweven ze oa hiphop en opera.
Het typische aan hun muziek is het gebruik van kinderspeelgoed en percussie en blaas instrumenten.
