A federal judge has ruled a civil rights lawsuit against Kyle Rittenhouse, the city of Kenosha and Kenosha police officers can go forward.

Rittenhouse was found not guilty for the fatal shootings of two men during the 2020 Jacob Blake protests in Kenosha.

The lawsuit was filed by the family of Anthony Huber, one of the men who was killed.
