While I can’t foresee a future where people don’t have powered personal transport of one sort or another, I want people to have the choice to complete their journeys in other ways whether that’s safe walking space on bikes or public transport. I want cars not to be the only choice and not to be the best choice for as many journeys as possible and where we do use cars for them to be clean and safe
