#Ugandan #President to #sign #ANTI_GAY bill | (#WITHOUT_ENFORCEMENT) Ugandan President, #Yoweri_Museveni, will in the coming hours sign a controversial #anti_homosexuality bill, into #law.

That's according to the President's office.

The bill carries heavy #jail_terms, #penalties for not reporting #homosexuals, and punishes those who #promote_homosexuality.
