#Decolonization & #AntiCapitalism & #AntiClassism work - all #SocialJustice related efforts - have made me feel differently towards #ProSports - it makes me feel uneasy now. I have always liked many pro sports & used to support them a lot more. I can't reconcile how much players are paid & how much is spent on infrastructure & advertising. When I know ppl are dying from starvation & climate crisis disasters & funds are more needee there than in pockets of pro sports folks.
