After the whole Meta/Threads "will join the Fediverse" backlash, I'm really surprised people are even giving the Web Environment Integrity project any kind of merit or poaitive thought or consideration or trust. It's GOOGLE, the ad-tech giant. They're one of the FANAG companies; guess who else is in there?

also better if said #ereader exposes a filesystem via usb so i can just copy my #drmfree #pdf and #epub files without any special software
