Consider switching to topical meds (eye drops, nasal spray) and/or oral Allegra (fexofenadine) to improve cognitive function and avoid increased risk of #dementia. Allegra has by far the least impact in this regard.

336 followers · 2730 posts · Server social.coopThe more research I read the more leery I get of #benzodiazepines ("#benzos" like xanax, valium, etc) and #anticholinergics (including allergy pills like benadryl & even some "non-drowsy" #antihistamines, and other #drugs).
The short term cognitive impacts are well known. The cumulative #dementia risk? Not so many people have heard of that. But the evidence so far looks bad.
