There's an #antipsychotic drug that is used to 'treat' irritation in children with 'autistic disorder'... and there is so much about that sentence contained in the directions for use that makes my stomach lurch.

Quetiapine Day 6. 25mg 9am/9pm.
11am I want to doze.
1pm I have very heavy eyelids, really want to sleep.
4pm start to feel okay
7pm feel fine.
I also have the serious munchies. Like post-pub hunger. Constant. Living on fruit and rusks.
Transient effects, will (hopefully) pass.
No alcohol though.

Does anyone else take #seroquel and does it make you just so fucking like drag-your-consciousness-down-by-the-gullet sleepy? I’ve also been having extremely vivid (benign to positive) dreams too. My psych said I might get tired but this is intense, especially when i took my usual melatonin, that convo legit made me feel high. (positives def outweigh negatives tho) #AntiPsychotic #meds :honk:

I’ve dropped from 6mg to 3mg of Invega (Paliperidone), an antipsychotic. It feels slightly odd. Like someone has lifted the lid on a box that was keeping parts of my perception locked away. Nothing is bothering me particularly, it’s just a strange experience. (Meds were reduced as they were messing badly with blood sugar).
