I'm just realising that the so-called "day of hate" protests coincide with the 1-year anniversary of the #RussiaUkraineWar, which makes me strongly suspect it's a diversionary tactic to blunt observations and protests around that event. That it's overtly #AntiSemetic is just icing, given the ethnicity and religion of Ukraine's president Zelenskyy.

Oddly little discussion/suggestion of this otherwise, that I can find.
