Ich kann so langsam nicht mehr. 😞 Nehme seit Dienstag eine kleine Dosis Diazepam und hoffe, dass es meinen Zustand am Ende nicht noch mehr verschlimmert. Ich kann keine Musik mehr hören, ich kann das Haus nicht verlassen, außer meinen Partner kann ich keine Menschen treffen. Ich hoffe, es hört bald auf. #PMDD #AnxietyDisorder
