Bittersweet but necessary.
A skilled calligrapher asked for my favorite verse so she could work on that and gift it to me. Another asked for my favorite window, but I don’t know why.
Leaving is a jumbled mess.

253 followers · 1602 posts · Server federate.socialI was just thinking how I’d like to thank the ONE teacher — Mrs Gille in 5th grade — who ever actually said SOMETHING to my parents that would have been a flag about my #AuDHD. “He’s so #anxious thst I think he’ll have a nervous breakdown by the time he’s 18.”
That didn’t turn out to be the case but maybe it would have resulted in earlier #diagnosis if I had. Still it highlights how little #teachers see this in kids and adolescents.

I've booked a table at a #Snooker hall as I like Snooker, I know the rules but I've never played it, so now I'm anxious we'll make tits of ourselves not potting anything the whole time (we normally play #Pool, wider pockets, smaller table etc)
I know I won't want to go when tomorrow comes, so god knows how I'll feel afterwards. Maybe I'll have loved it.
