I don’t think that’s supposed to happen after a firmware upgrade on a brand new #anycubic #kobra 2. The print head literally plowed through the print bed.

I think it is all due to the "Stae of #opensource in #3dprinting" by Josef #Prusa that led to this.

We have 3 routes we can take now. #Closedsource #Bambu printers, semi-open #Creality (which is just a copy of everything out their basically), and #Opensource #Voron.

I am disappointed in Creality just becoming copy-cats and also releasing stupid stuff like the Creality #SonicPad and locking it up as much as the #FLSun 400 controller.

But companies like #AnyCubic aren't even trying to copy #Prusa. They are just cntrl+f'ing them by now.

Welcome to the fold, I'm about a month in on a Kobra 2 myself. Seems a solid machine so far; I think/hope you'll be happy.

I took issue with some of their design decisions. Couldn't deal with that wacky side arm so went with a topside spool (sans runout sensor for now). Also paired it with an OctoPi since it has no remote interface (that I could find, anyway).

But overall it seems a sturdy, well-designed machine. Congrats!

Guten Morgen #3ddruck Menschen. Hat jemand eine Idee, an welcher Einstellung ich was ändern muss, wenn die extrudierten PLA-Stränge untereinander nicht haften (siehe Bild)?
Ich drucke 0.5mm-Schichten mit PLA bei 200°C durch eine 0,6mm-Düse mit 50mm/s Grundgeschwindigkeit auf einem #anycubic Kobra Go und slice mit #cura.
