Moved a lot of my gameplay to my #AOKZOE windows device. #DiabloIV (plays great), #totk not bad, a bit clunky, #elderscrollsonline plays better on it than I expected. #hogwarts worked pretty good, #jedisurvivor was a bit of a dog.

I definitely enjoy handheld gaming on a device with at least an 8" screen (old eyes), and use it more than either my consoles or PC.

Been playing the #hogwartslegacy game on the #AOKZOE A1. Given all the text, I like the screen size better than on the #Steamdeck, and I can eek out a few more FPS out of it.

I still get hitches & such; game could use more optimization, and using a controller to catch flying objects that don't stay in the room is maddening, but overall, a good experience. Handhelds are definitely my future for gaming when not at my PC.

After a good amount of playtime, I've decided that I prefer the #Steamdeck over the #Aokzoe A1 - EXCEPT for the screen size. My eyes definitely prefer the 8" to the 7" screen.

I think the preference comes down to SteamOS being better than Windows (the shell specifically) and the touchpads when I need them. Weight, size, don't seem to be a factor.

Internet is out so I went to play High on Life on my windows based handheld ( #aokzoe ) via #gamepass and it wouldn’t play. No offline mode? Sad.

First post - old gamer; fascinated with all things gaming tech - #cloudgaming, #handheldgaming, #retrogaming. World of Warcraft junkie; lately addicted to Vampire Survivors. In a pinch, I fall back to Civilization VI.

Recently acquired an #AOKZOE A1 to go with my portable gaming habit.

Glad a gaming server was created. (Oh- also #boardgames, though I don’t get to play those much anymore after COVID messed with in-person groups).
