There's #EleutherAI, a donor-supported nonprofit whose model comes with documentation and code, licensed #Apache2. There are also some smaller academic offerings: #Vicuna (UCSD/CMU/Berkeley); #Koala (Berkeley) and #Alpaca (Stanford).
These are indeed more open (though Alpaca - which ran on a laptop - had to be withdrawn because it "hallucinated" so profusely).

ich möchte drei verschiedene Websites/cloud oder ä. aufrufen können und weiß nicht genau nach was ich suchen soll. es gibt mod_rewrite, mod_alias oder reicht es aus, in den conf dateien, mehere Virtual Hosts einzurichten und Document Root eine Stufe tiefer (in dem die verschiedenen Sites liegen) zu setzen?

From a quick install 'sudo aptitude install searx' (took me a few seconds), it looks like actually *running* it for private use requires running #nginx or #apache2 (web server), even if you keep it invisible to the outside world, and connecting these. This requires copying/modifying configuration files, knowing how to check what your computer is doing with command line tools, and so on.
Seems like elementary geek skills (+time) are needed to run a searx instance.
