Another thunderstorm, another power outage. It began about 10:55 am EDT. According to the power company, restoration will be around 1pm. We'll see. I'm not confident. Last time was ~22 hours.

And of course I hadn't charged my phone today, so I'm starting off at 74% battery.

2 outages in just over one week. Rather an inauspicious start to summer in Georgia. 🤷‍♀️

Our upstairs neighbors have a huge dog, and whenever they get up (6 AM, every day) and/or wind down for the night (11PM, every day) this dog runs wild around their apartment, and it makes all the doors in our apartment rattle. This goes on for 30 min to 1 hr at a time. I think I'm going to go insane. #apartmentLife

I kid you not. My upstairs neighbor literally seems to pace her apartment from the moment she wakes up until she goes to bed or work. Even worse is her friends often join her in the pacing. As a person who works overnight shifts I am throughly doomed to no sleep.
