I received a lease renewal at a 25% increase or $400 increase, on top of an already incredibly highly-priced 2 bedroom. Time for me to fold. I don't even think I can afford movers. I'm considering liquidation. I voted on rent caps for Florida at midterms, and likely many others did as well. But alas, nada. I guess what's more important is tracking down the "woke" while the middle class flails away.
