people used to fight me on the argument that #APCs would be more profitable than subscription systems, seems almost impossible to imagine now, but yep here's that same line that's in here year after year. What's driving growth? scientists being absolutely incapable of grasping their role in the political economy of information and being led around by nose by the promise of prestige all while pretending they have no agency in the matter. I mean #OpenAccess.

I had a long and detailed conversation with President of #France #EmmanuelMacron regarding the current situation. I thanked for the decision to transfer light tanks and Bastion #APCs to #Ukraine, as well as for intensifying work with partners in the same direction. We agreed on further cooperation to significantly strengthen our air defense and other defense capabilities. We also agreed to work on the implementation of the Peace Formula.
