I went to a meetup yesterday for one of the organisations I #volunteer with.
There were 4 men and about 40-50 women.
Eventually all the men form our own little group.
Turns out one of them is very similar to me, suffering with #Aphantasia and no inner monologue, #MemoryIssues.
Spent quite a bit of time talking about our experience and management strategies.
#AphantasiaAwareness is apparently a thing and there are support groups.

Living with #aphantasia can be both a blessing and a curse. On one hand, it gives me a unique perspective on life that others may never understand. However, it can also make memories elusive and remembering details difficult. #AphantasiaAwareness
