This is so simple, I'm absolutely not a good cook but I can do this: apples in puff pastry, inside the core little butter, almond paste, cinnamon. Above some egg white, sugar, shortly in the oven (max 15'), high temperature (around 220 C). Haven't a picture when ready because we ate them...
