Change the tap from renaming the task, to open the details view. Most folks don’t rename a task so often that it needs to be this way…

Keep it simple, get more done.

After 15 months, I've ended my experiment with #CraftApp.

It had a lot of potential, but I feel the promises made to the user community and not finishing half completed features, got pushed aside for more business focused features.

I still have 9 months left until it renews again, so I'll keep an eye on their updates.

In the mean time, I've moved everything back to #AppleNotes and #AppleReminders (using #Goodtask as the front end).

I just wish the Notes team would just fix it so I could grab a link to a note or folder without having to fake invite myself with a secondary personal email...

Odkąd korzystam z urządzeń Apple, korzystam też z domyślnych aplikacji.

@donovanpalmer What I also haven’t done yet is take a thorough look at all the #AppleReminders features that have been added in the last year or so.

The tagging and smart lists stuff seems powerful but also restrained.

Tools I'm enjoying using, but also finding incredibly useful right now:

- #AppleReminders for tasks
- #Obsidian for notes, journalling and writing
- #Readwise for collecting knowledge
- #ReadwiseReader for keeping up with my reading backlog

All simple but powerful and helping me avoid mental friction or distraction.

Adding Tasks to Apple Reminders
Default List

Before we get started with adding tasks to Reminders, you really should set up an Inbox list. To do this click Add List at the bottom of Reminders and make the name of the list Inbox. You'll want to use this list as the default spot for all new Reminders that are added.

Jeżeli mogę używam aplikacji domyślnych, czyli od Apple. Jedynym wyjątkiem jest menedżer haseł, bo jako główny służy mi 1Password.

Arc Browser na razie jest dostępny tylko na MacOS, ale w styczniu ma pojawić się wersja na Windows.

GoodTask and Reminders
Before Apple added Smart Lists, and many other features, to Reminders there was GoodTask. GoodTask has used Reminders as it's sync system for a number of years, and then layered a bunch of excellent features on top of Reminders to make it a very powerful task management system.

If you use SetApp then GoodTasks is available there with your subscription.
