A little #feedback for people doing #jobinterviews with internal candidates. If you choose to provide your rejected candidates with feedback on how their interview went and things to improve next time, you might want to make sure the feedback you give the the #applicant and their #supervisor who they currently work under isn't contradictory.

#Respect my time and yours. You're shooting yourself in your future foot if you don't.
