Perhaps a new #introduction, since I just moved over from another instance? I grew up on an island on the west coast of #Norway, and currently live in the city of #Bergen.

Trained as a #ClinicalPsychologist and with a PhD in #Neuroscience, I currently work as a professor of general #psychology at the #UniversityOfBergen. I have interests in #AppliedPsychology, #DecisionMaking, #HumanFactors and #OpenScience

Afather of three, I enjoy culture, urban life, and (mostly short-distance) travel.

To give a bit more context on top of my earlier #introduction message, I just wanted to give some background on my work and studies. I have a masters in #appliedpsychology and my undergraduate was also psychology, with an additional minor in Religious Studies.

My current work is as a research assistant and data manager in a longitudinal study of ageing. I might use here to share a bit more around that and some of the great things our team is learning 😊
