When I was at LinkedIn, I managed a REACH apprentice and saw first hand how awesome this program is and how it grows an apprentice into tech.

It's also wonderful because apprentices come from non-traditional backgrounds and bring a different point of view to tech, which is always welcomed and appreciated.

Tomorrow I start on the synoptic project for my #apprenticeship
Given how poorly organised the whole thing has been, probably several things will go catastrophically wrong.
Aside from that, I am incredibly stressed and I think I've forgotten how to write code. I have not yet received any detail on this project other than it's some kind of API. I already feel intensely overwhelmed.

From the 1 August 2023, when an organisation receives recognition for a standard from Ofqual or the Office for Students (OfS) they will automatically be placed onto the list of approved EPAOs. DfE will merge this list with the Register of Apprenticeship Training providers (ROATP) and rename it the ‘apprenticeship providers and assessment register’ (APAR).

#Incarceration is a systemic and structural barrier to economic equity. Flintridge Center, a partner of Irvine’s #BetterCareers initiative, says it doesn’t have to be.
