Walnut-lentil pâté ready

My contribution to the family Xmas dinner is ready and in the fridge for the flavor to develop. Here's the recipe. (I blended a peeled lemon and used pulp instead of juice.)

I cut a disk of parchment paper and put it in the bottom of the storage container so when the day comes, I can run a knife around the edge and then easily unmold it onto a plate.
