TBT: 2:50. 13g: 210ml. 50ml bloom for 35s, then three equal pours to the end with small swirls in between pours.

Red apple crispness and sweetness.

Ah, The Day Of Coffee Upgrades.

Now owner of a Normcore V2 Handgrinder and an April filter to bring my filter coffee game into the 21st century.

I love my V60 01, but it was time to try something else.

The Normcore is way above my current hand grinders in terms of speed and size distribution, at least that's the hope.

First cup a bit underextracted, but still quite tasty.
