Horror word of the day: #Arbeitnehmererfindungsgesetz

A German law about how employees are legally required to inform their employer about any and all of their inventions. The employee can't use the invention unless the employer releases it and if the employee isn't happy with what the company is willing to pay he has to sue his employer. At least the employer has to pay something.
