Today's PT kicked my butt. Postop week 7 on my new knee is focused on neuromuscular retraining how to step down with the unaffected knee, which places quite a complex set of needs on the new knee! Also working on getting on and off the floor.

But I still have to walk a lot in the house because sitting 20 minutes induces stiffness. So this afternoon I really needed motivation. MUSIC TO MOVE

I had a partial knee replacement 2.5 years ago. I've had 21 surgeries and that one was the hardest recovery. I also got a rash but from the super glue seam, not drugs. I feel for you. Keep up the best you can with bending that new knee.
