terrace, screened narrower balconies, & deep west facing balconies, roof terraces.

And look how simple the DA elevation was (hand drawn, as were all the plans) compared to to the complexities that are required today..
We still have our quick study model - contrast of square house & long house, either side of retained central angophora.
