PROBLEM: archive.today (aka archive.ph, is, fo, li, md) was down for me yesterday in Firefox. What I saw instead was that Cloudflare page with an empty looking UI and a captcha checkbox. Clicking it only reloaded the page.

SOLUTION: In FF's security settings, "DNS over HTTPS", add exceptions for those domains (click add & save changes), and reopen FF.
