So for a quick lunch today we had #rasam made with some of last summer's tomatoes from the freezer, and some wholemeal sourdough from #AriesBakery in Brixton, also from the freezer (really hard to get good wholemeal bread in France). It may be from tropical southern India, but spicy tangy rasam is a brilliant soup for a winter's day. Really easy to make once you have a batch of rasam powder made, and now it's time to get back out digging and pruning while there's still daylight left.
