According to a new #ArizonaSupremeCourt opinion, the Superior Court told a defendant that pro pers are “held to the same standard as an attorney”.
My immediate response to that was 😂😂😂😂😂.
Maybe it’s true in criminal court (IDK because I don’t practice crim law), but that’s *definitely* not true in probate court. In probate court, they pretty much let pro pers get away with everything short of actual murder.
