Today I am missing Ostend, Belgium (Nov 2015, during Storm Barney): ocean, fishing museum, 'roid gulls, delicious pickled herring, delightful waffles, bike posties, bright orange Arne Quinze installations against a bleak sky, and a gorgeous Brutalist pier. And, as ever, the beer.
