There’s a lot of understandable concern about forced clauses in updates.

Just to note, that for UK *consumers*, a compulsory arbitration clause is often unenforceable under either the Arbitration Act 1996 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015, especially for lower value claims.

However this is less of a concern for businesses trading in the UK, as it is quite hard to start a US-style class action, so they are relatively rare.
