Astronomy is the science that studies celestial bodies.
A celestial body is an object that does not belong to the earth and whose existence in the universe has been ascertained.
Yet everything around us, including our earth, was born from the stars and their deaths.
Oh Be A Fine Girl, Kiss Me is a study of the life of stars and the materials that make them up in relation to human beings.
Our bodies are composed of the same substance as the stars; from their explosion comes the calcium in our bones, the oxygen we breathe, the iron in our red blood cells, the carbon in our cells, and our hearts beat because of the energy produced when those substances were generated.
We are made of star-stuff; and who knows, maybe within this stuff, if we look close enough, we might find new stars, new galaxies, new worlds.
